Pharma event in Brand
A winter wonderland from a fairy tale, an exciting conference agenda and exceptional activities – that’s how you could describe the event of a German pharmaceutical group. We can look back to a very successful event accomplished together with Cologne-based agency “face to face GmbH”. About 60 employees spent five unforgettable days in the in the rent a village by xnet® village Brand in Austria in January 2017. Just a hote conference & cool activities.
Arrive and be amazed
The first impression counts. Right after their arrival the participants could experience the beauty of Brand at the village reception near the frozen swimming lake. A few freshly roast chestnuts in their hands made a good start into the conference programme lying ahead.
No conventional locations were chosen for plenary sessions and breakouts. The conference itself took place in the community centre, the breakouts in the historical premises of the “Walserensemble” on the beautiful church square. Instead of the usual chairs the participants were seated on branded cube seats.
Awesome activity programme
Of course exercise and fun were an important element of the event. Sportive, fun and also activities provoking an adrenaline rush were on the agenda on the third day. A farmer’s contest in a stable, a quiz about topics of the day, target shooting in a biathlon or a skidoo drive through the forest – there was something suitable for every taste.
On the fourth day fostering the feeling of togetherness and belonging to the company was in the focus. Activities like building an igloo together or sleigh rides with huskies underlined this. Elements like leading groups could be experienced very well here.
Après ski in the evening
A cosy dine-around in various locations in Brand, a traditional folk-lore cottage evening in the mountain restaurant Frööd up on an altitude of 1,680 m and an après ski party at the Heuboda location were a more than worthy finale for this wonderful event.
