The cosy village of Goldegg is a small community in the district of St. Johann im Pongau and situated on a sun terrace in the “Salzburgerland” region. An extremely high quality of life amidst pristine countryside combined with an active cultural life – traditional values and modern answers to current issues are not necessarily contradictory terms. You can actually feel that Goldegg is situated in the middle of Austria.

The truly magnificent castle of Goldegg gently overlooks the village from above. Here, you will find united venerable walls steeped in history and state-of-the-art seminar technology. 13 meeting rooms for up to 350 persons, among those the attic, a former granary, the “Kemenatensaal” with wooden fixtures from the 14thcentury or the adjacent house “Einklang” including a banqueting hall offer more than enough space for encounters of every kind. The castle was awarded the eco-label for Green Meetings and organises meetings according to these criteria.
