Especially in times of Corona, our greatest focus is on safe forms of events. But how can you organize events with several hundred people without endangering the safety of the participants?

Since the beginning of March 2020, events have become something of a “red rag”, because on the one hand the perceived risk of being infected with the virus is perceived by the participants as very high and on the other hand there is great uncertainty in dealing with such a situation prevails. In the meantime, however, we know that if certain rules are adhered to, such as sufficient distance, mouth-nose protection and hand disinfection, the risk of being infected is relatively low.

Due to the lock-down and the increased work in the home office, the need to meet colleagues “face-to-face” after this exceptional situation, which has now been going on for 6 months, has increased significantly. To be together in an environment that provides security and enables this is the order of the day!

With rent a village by xnet® you already had a lot of space in our villages and the surrounding nature. Nevertheless, we take your concerns very seriously and have therefore all completed a course to become a COVID-19 officer at the Red Cross. This shows all Corona security-related aspects and requirements at events in a meticulous and practicable manner.

For events over 100 people, a COVID-19 officer must be appointed for the event. For your safety, all of our project managers have completed this course and therefore have in-depth knowledge of how to deal with events of all kinds and the official regional regulations at our venues. We offer you a “risk management system” with a “plan-do-check-act” cycle of the Red Cross: risk assessment, risk analysis and risk assessment. Only in this way can sources of risk and risk management measures be taken.

The good thing is that with us you get everything from a single source and from people who know almost every corner of the village and act competently. Interested? We would be happy to tell you more about this in a personal conversation or a video conference.
